My latest purchase is a 1kg tub of coconut oil! Coconut oil is high in natural saturated fats which not only increase the healthy cholesterol in your body, but also help convert "bad" cholesterol into good cholesterols. It helps to promote heart health and lower risk of heart disease. Unlike many other cooking oils, coconut oil is very stable and can withstand high cooking temperatures. It is perfectly suitable for sautéing, baking, roasting and even frying.
